Where we will meet?
At Rahway River Park on the track.
Items to bring:
Yourself, a friend, a mat, and water.
How much are classes?
The Saturday 6/1 class is free of charge! Subsequent classes will be priced at $15 each.
What if i’m running late?
Doesn’t matter-- still come!
How long is class?
The duration is 55 minutes. You can leave early if needed.
What will we be working on?

What are Mommy Mondays?
Mothers can bring their children at their discretion.
